This will take you to a secure webpage where you can update your details to ensure that your subscription and license(s) does not get canceled. You can also cancel via the same link.

Please note that we do not refund subscription fees, this is something that you agreed to when you placed your order as this was described in the shopping cart and in our terms and conditions. It is the customers responsability to cancel their subscription.
