If you are getting this message when opening an InDesign file it simply means you are opening an older InDesign-file in a newer InDesign version. It has nothing to do with Grid Calculator Pro Edition. Grid Calculator Pro Edition does not have to be installed in order to open files created created with the plug-in. You just have to make sure that you are opening it in the right InDesign version.
